By Mr. Kenealy
I once forgot how to write poetry
But no one ever really forgets how to tie their shoes
It just takes the will to run out the door
And explore the world from a new ave'new'
Like a bear waking from a hibernation
Or returning from a long vacation
The rest was a resuscitation
Of putting words together
Describing the world again
Where I was so frustrated
That I couldn't do Before
You never forget how to ride a bike
You just fall out of it for a while sometimes
I once forgot how to write poetry
But no one ever really forgets how to tie their shoes
It just takes the will to run out the door
And explore the world from a new ave'new'
Like a bear waking from a hibernation
Or returning from a long vacation
The rest was a resuscitation
Of putting words together
Describing the world again
Where I was so frustrated
That I couldn't do Before
You never forget how to ride a bike
You just fall out of it for a while sometimes
